Proctoring Settings for Tests on Equip
As the candidate takes the assessment, Equip continuously monitors the video feed, the audio feed, and the screen the test taker is on. Preview Types Once you create an assessment, you will see a link to preview it on your dashboard. On clicking the link, you will see two ways to preview it. As a Recruiter: useful to see how the tests will look. Unlike on an actual assessment, you can jump from one test to another. Proctoring (camera tracking, screen sharing) is disabled. While creating an assessment, the Estimated Assessment Duration is displayed in the Test Order tab. All Questions in Equip's Question Bank have a timer associated with them. While creating a Custom Test, you can also add a timer for every question. Your Estimated Assessment Duration may vary if you add a Custom Test to your assessment without timer for each question. Inviting Candidates
Unique URL for every Candidate
Common URL v/s Unique URL After you create an assessment, you can either share the same URL with all your candidates or create a unique URL for each candidate. The former is useful if you are posting the link as part of a job description, on a WhatsApp group, etc. The latter is useful if you have a list of candidate email IDs whom you want to bulk invite.
