Getting Started on Equip
Assessments and Tests The simplest way to get started on Equip as a recruiter is to create an assessment and preview it. An assessment is a set of tests that a candidate must take one after another. So, before creating an assessment, you will need to have tests to add to the assessment. Equip has standardized tests, with questions from its own database, that you can add to an assessment. But, to get better acquainted with the platform, we suggest you create a test of your own. Creating aFeaturedAdding Members to your Team
On Equip, the user who creates the Team is considered the Team Admin. Once a Team is created, other members can be added to the Team. While creating an assessment, you can define how candidates interact with your assessment in the Assessment Settings. These assessment settings can be modified anytime from your Recruiter Dashboard. Question Bank If you use Equip's content in your assessments, the Quizzes draw questions from our Question Banks. The questions are drawn randomly and different candidates end up seeing different questions, but at the same difficulty level.
