Every assessment offers two downloadable reports: a spreadsheet-style export of all candidates’ results, and a detailed PDF report for a single candidate.

Export Results for All Candidates

1

Open the assessment results

From your Recruiter Dashboard, click the assessment title.
2

Click Export Results

The button is at the top right of the results page. Clicking it downloads an Excel file with every candidate’s results.

Export sits at the top right of the results page, next to Sort

See the exact layout in this sample export with dummy data.

What the export contains

The export has one row per candidate: name, email, start and end dates, start and end times in UTC, any Gather Additional Details fields you enabled, and the overall percentage. For every test in the assessment, it adds points scored, points available, the Trust Score percentage, and a URL to the candidate’s photo.
The Plagiarism Score column is always empty. It is kept for legacy reasons.

Download a Single Candidate’s Report

1

Open the candidate's submission

On the assessment results page, click the candidate’s test score (the orange link).
2

Click download PDF

The download PDF button is on the far right of the second section of the page, across from the test dropdown. It downloads the candidate’s entire submission, across all tests, as a single PDF file.

The PDF button is on the right, level with the test dropdown

The PDF may take a moment to generate before the download begins. See a sample candidate report at this link.
Each candidate’s report page has a copyable report link. Copy it to share that candidate’s results with hiring managers or teammates without exporting a file, which is often faster while scores are still being finalized through manual grading.
