Question Protection
When you use Equip Content, quizzes draw questions at random from Equip’s question banks. You choose the skills and difficulty level; Equip picks the exact questions for each candidate. Equip is self-serve, so if questions were visible in the builder or in reports, a candidate could create a recruiter account and uncover the question bank. Security, Privacy & Candidate Data lists the other ways Equip protects its questions. Each candidate gets different questions, in a different order, with shuffled answer options. See Same or Random Questions.
What You Can See
Candidate reports include a skill-wise and difficulty-wise breakdown for every Equip quiz, so you can see where a candidate was strong or weak. The strict policy applies only to Equip quizzes:
Coding challenges can stay visible because the risk of leaks is much lower.
Custom Content Is Different
If your process requires seeing every question a candidate answered, create a Custom Quiz. The content is yours, only your team can see it, and none of the restrictions above apply. You write every question yourself, and results show a question-wise breakdown of each candidate’s responses and points. See Custom Tests for what else you control. You can mix Equip Content and Custom Tests freely in one assessment.
