If your team has no applications yet, the page shows “Post your first job to start seeing insights” along with a link to a sample demo dashboard, so you can explore what the charts look like with data in them.
The Five Sections
The dashboard is organized into a Key Metrics KPI row followed by four named sections: Pipeline & Funnel, Velocity, Team, and Quality & Source.
A few charts deserve extra explanation:
- The Application funnel tracks candidates through Applied, Shortlisted, Offered, and Hired. Click any funnel step to drill down into the candidates behind the number.
- In pipeline counts candidates who are currently in a non-terminal stage. It reflects right now, so it ignores the selected date range.
- Avg time to hire is the average number of days from application to hire.
- Offer outcomes breaks offers down into Sent, Viewed, Signed, and Declined counts.
- Avg scorecard by recruiter averages the scorecards each teammate has submitted, which helps you spot unusually harsh or lenient evaluators.
Some KPIs need a minimum amount of data. Avg time to hire appears after your first hire (“Make your first hire to see this”), and Offer acceptance appears once at least 3 offers are resolved (“Resolve a few offers to see your acceptance rate”). Offer acceptance is calculated as signed offers divided by resolved offers.
Filters, Date Ranges, and Grouping
The filter bar at the top of the page controls what every chart shows. You can combine a date range, a scope, and a job-opening filter, and the bar summarizes your current selection, for example “Just you” followed by the selected dates.
Individual charts have their own display controls on top of the global filters:
- Group by: break a chart down by Source, Job opening, Recruiter, Stage type, or Rejection reason.
- Trend granularity: view trend charts Weekly or Monthly.
- Chart size: resize any chart to Small, Medium, or Large to build the layout you want.
Solo vs Squad Scope
The Solo / Squad toggle decides whose hiring activity the dashboard covers.
Squad scope relies on your team’s reporting structure, the manager-and-reportee mapping defined in your organization settings. Until a reporting structure is set up, there is no squad to aggregate, so the toggle only becomes useful once managers and reportees are assigned.
Squad scope is recursive: a manager sees their direct reports and everyone below them. This makes it easy for a hiring lead to review the whole team’s funnel without switching accounts.
Exporting Charts
Every chart on the dashboard can be exported to CSV. The export respects your current filters, so set the date range, scope, and job openings first, then download exactly the slice you were looking at.1
Set your filters
Choose the date range, Solo or Squad scope, and any specific job openings.
2
Export the chart
Use the export option on the chart you want, and it downloads as a CSV file.
3
Analyze or share
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets to build custom reports, or attach it to your hiring updates.
