Every job opening in Equip has an applications dashboard that lists all of its candidates. From this one screen you can review profiles, open CVs, filter and sort applicants, and act on many candidates at once.

Table and Kanban Views

The dashboard offers two views, and you can switch between them with the view toggle in the filter bar. Both views show each candidate’s Job Fit Score, a 0 to 100 score with a one-line AI explanation of how well they match the role.
Use Kanban when you want a quick sense of where candidates are stuck, and Table when you are shortlisting and need to compare fields side by side.

Filter Presets

Filter presets are one-click filters in the filter bar that narrow the list to the candidates you care about right now. Beyond presets, you can sort the list by Fit Score, Max Salary, Min Salary, Notice Period, Experience, or Applied Date.
Each candidate also shows an Action pending on marker: Team, Candidate, or Both. It tells you at a glance whether the next move is yours or theirs.

Columns

Table columns cover the details recruiters compare most often: the candidate (with a LinkedIn link where available), pipeline stage, fit score, experience, industries, current role, education, expected salary, notice period, languages, and applied date. Two more attributes appear alongside the stage: You can also star any candidate from their row to bookmark them for the Starred preset. Each application additionally carries an assignee and per-candidate recruiter notes, so your team always knows who owns the next step.

Viewing CVs

Every candidate’s CV lives on their profile, alongside the structured details Equip parsed from it.
1

Open the candidate

Click a candidate in the table or on a Kanban card to open their detail panel.
2

Go to Candidate Details

The Candidate Details tab shows parsed information such as Preferences, Experience, and Education.
3

Open the Attachments section

Find the CV under Attachments. Candidates can have up to 3 attachments of 10 MB each, uploaded by either the recruiter or the candidate.
If a candidate sends you an updated resume, you can replace the one on file. Replacements must be PDF, DOC, or DOCX files of at most 10 MB, and the re-upload is logged in the candidate’s journey.
Exporting the dashboard to CSV or Excel includes a resume URL column, so your export always links back to each candidate’s CV.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple candidates in either view to act on all of them at once. You can also export the full list to CSV or Excel. The export includes contact details, stage, fit score with its AI reason, salary expectations, resume URL, recruiter notes, and starred status, plus one column per custom field and screening question.
Deleting candidates removes their applications from the job opening. If you only want them out of your active view, move them to a terminal stage like Rejected instead; the Relevant preset then hides them automatically.
