Available Settings
Each test has 11 proctoring toggles. Here is what each one does:Switched Tab Screenshot depends on Detect Switched Tab. Enabling the screenshot option automatically turns on tab detection, and disabling tab detection turns the screenshot option off.
Defaults by Test Type
New tests start with most settings on. The exceptions depend on the test type, because some measures make no sense for certain formats: for example, Detect Audio stays off for spoken-answer tests, where talking is the whole point. Auxiliary Device is off by default for every test type. You must enable it explicitly.A few toggles are locked, not just defaulted. Camera-related options stay locked off for custom video response tests, because you already see the candidate on camera in every answer. Psychometric tests keep tab-switch detection locked off.
