Candidate claims they have submitted the assessment. I can't see it.
tl;dr: The candidate may have finished only demo tests. Or they may NOT have finished all the tests in the assessment.
It may happen that a candidate tells you that they have finished the assessment. But, when you look at the assessment results, you aren't able to locate their submission. Assuming the candidate is telling you the truth, there are two possibilities:

When a candidate attempts an assessment, we suggest that they take a demo test. The demo tests help the candidate get familiar with the testing environment, check proctoring, etc.
The screenshot above shows you what they see. Once they finish the demo test, they are asked to attempt the actual assessment. If the candidate isn't paying attention to the instructions, they may finish the demo test and assume that they have finished the actual test.
If your assessment has multiple tests, it is possible that the candidate hasn't finished all of them. If this is the case, on the results page, you will see a callout that tells you there are Unfinished attempts. You can change the filters to include the unfinished attempts and look at the candidate submissions

Could something be wrong at Equip's end?
In principle, yes. But, we get asked this question a few times a month, and since 2022, it has never been an issue at Equip's end! If the results page doesn't load, it won't load for ANY candidate. The way our system has been set up, it cannot fail selectively!
My candidate insists they have finished the assessment.
If they have, please ask them to share a screenshot of what they saw when they finished it. We very clearly say "You may now close the tab" if they have finished the assessment. Else, please ask them to click on the assessment link again. They can resume the assessment.
They haven't taken a screenshot and have closed the tab.
As mentioned above, ask them to click the assessment link again. If they have indeed finished the assessment, we will show them a page that says that the assessment has been completed. If they can share that screenshot with us, it is proof that they have finished the assessment. Else, they can resume the assessment.
Can I invite them again?
Yes. You can invite them again. Either the candidate has finished the assessment or not. If they have finished the assessment, it will show them that message. If they haven't, they will resume the assessment (by actually using the first link). Of course, we will deduct one credit because you have invited the candidate. But, you can reclaim the credit as they will not end up using the credit.
How can I check the credits that were used for my first invitation?
You can do it as usual by visiting your Credit Usage page
I tried all this, but have still not been able to resolve the issue.
Please share your candidate's email ID and the assessment number on chat or via email. We'll take a look
