Enable Your Careers Page
The careers page lives in your account settings. Turning it on takes under a minute.1
Open the settings
Go to Account → Careers Page in your Equip dashboard.
2
Turn on the toggle
Enable the careers page. Equip generates a URL slug for you automatically.
3
Set your slug
Edit the slug if you want a cleaner name, for example
your-company. Slugs can be up to 30 characters.4
Copy your public URL
Your page is live at
https://equip.co/companies/{slug}/hiring/. Use the copy button to grab the URL, or open it in a new tab to see it exactly as candidates will. The careers page is part of Equip’s ATS, which is free. Publishing jobs and hosting your careers page does not consume credits.
What It Includes
The public page shows every job post with the Published status, so it stays in sync with your openings without any manual updates.
Each listed job appears as a card showing its work arrangement, employment type, locations, and mandatory skills. Candidates click through to the full job post and apply directly.
Candidates can also narrow down the list themselves:
If no jobs match the active filters, candidates see “No jobs found matching your criteria.”
Customization
You can brand the careers page so it feels like part of your own site.- Company logo: the page uses the logo from your organization settings.
- Custom CSS: the settings page has a Custom CSS field where you can restyle any part of the page, for example changing the hero background with a rule like
#careers-hero { background-color: ...; }.
Embedding on Your Site
If you already have a company website, you do not need to rebuild your jobs list there. The settings page provides a copyable Embed Code, an HTML link that points visitors to your Equip careers page.1
Copy the embed code
On Account → Careers Page, copy the provided embed code.
2
Paste it into your site
Add the snippet wherever you want the careers link to appear, such as your site’s Careers or Jobs section.
3
Publish your site
Visitors who click the link land on your Equip careers page with your live openings.
The embed code includes a comment asking that the link stay crawlable by search engines and count as a backlink. Keeping it intact helps both your jobs and your site get discovered.
