Email Delivered, Opened, Clicked Status

Track Email Invitations



After you invite candidates to the assessment via emails, you can track the status of each email. Start by clicking on the Track Invitations tab. You will see a table that shows all the candidates who have been invited, and the status of the emails.

Statuses



In the Delivery Status column, you can see a few different statuses. This is what the statuses mean.

StatusMeaning
SentThe initial status of the email, as soon as it was sent
BouncedThe email bounced (invalid email, full inbox, etc)
DeliveredThe email was successfully delivered to the inbox
OpenedThe candidate has opened the email
ClickedThe candidate has clicked on a link in the email


Some email clients, like mobile apps, do not allow email tracking. So, even if the candidate has Opened the email, the status may continue to say Delivered.

If you use the default email template, there is only one link in the email—that of the assessment link. So, if an email's status is Clicked, it means that the candidate has clicked on the Assessment Link. If you insert other links in the email while customizing it, we will not know which link the candidate clicked on.

Email Not Delivered



If the status above says that the email has been Delivered, Opened or Clicked, you can be absolutely certain that those events have happened. Even if your candidate says otherwise

If an email says Delivered and the candidate cannot see it, ask them to check their Spam and other Inboxes.
