If you want 30 questions, you can create a second quiz and add it to the assessment. So, your assessment will have 2 quizzes, the first quiz will have 25 questions and the second quiz will have 5 questions.

Tests & Questions

An Equip Assessment is made up of a set of tests, each of which may contain one or more questions. Your assessment may contain any number of tests.

The table below lists the maximum number of questions per test type.

  1. Psychometric and English Communication tests are standardized, so you cannot select the questions.
  2. With Programming tests, you can select one or more questions. Each question corresponds to a single test. We recognize that this is different from other platforms. But: (i) we charge way less than most competing platforms; (ii) evaluating a candidate on 2 questions gives you more information than evaluating them on 1. So, we charge more for 2 tests.

Quiz with Equip's Content

If you have just created your account, you can only add 4 questions per skill per difficulty level. The gif below shows you what you'd see if you try adding more than 4 questions.

To unlock this, you must purchase at least 25 credits. You will then be allowed to choose up to 10 questions per skill per difficulty level. Even when it is not unlocked, you can add more questions for the same skill but a different difficulty level.

To summarize:

  • Maximum number of Skills per Quiz: 6
  • Maximum number of questions per Skill per difficulty level: 10 (if you've unlocked) and 4 (if you haven't unlocked)
