Do you sign our MSA, SLA, or DPA for a pilot or small purchase? No, not for ACV under $25,000. Please proceed under the standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Can you complete our security questionnaire? For ACV under $25,000, Equip does not complete bespoke questionnaires. Use the public documents for your evaluation. Can you change governing law, indemnity, or confidentiality clauses? No changes are made for ACV under $25,000. These clauses are standardized in the Terms of Service.
