When you open an assessment or AI interview link, or apply to a job, Equip shows a Sign in to continue page. There are no passwords and no account setup; verifying your email address is all it takes. Enter your email address (for an invitation, the one your recruiter invited), then type the 6-digit login code Equip emails you.

Enter the 6-digit code from your email, then select Verify & Continue

The code expires in 10 minutes. If it expires, go back to the same link to request a new one.
If your recruiter invited you with a unique link (to an assessment or AI interview), the code is always sent to the invited address. Forwarding your invitation will not let someone else sign in. If you are already signed in with a different email, you see Incorrect Email ID: log out and sign in with the invited email.
Need to switch devices mid-assessment? Open the same assessment link on the new device and verify the same email address again. Your attempt resumes with the remaining time intact.
