Custom Agreements, SLAs, and Vendor Paperwork at Equip

Equip is a product-led, fully self-serve B2B SaaS. All customers are covered by our standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Pricing. Equip is credit-based, pay-as-you-go—there’s no subscription. You can purchase and manage credits directly in-product. Please evaluate and use Equip under the publicly available documents above.

We’ll consider custom paperwork for ACV ≥ $25,000 (e.g., limited redlines, vendor forms, or tailored SLAs) subject to review. If your projected ACV meets this threshold, share your requirements and timeline with our team.
