First Purchase Discount

What is this discount?

We give you a 50% discount on your first payment, if you make this payment within 7 days of creating your Team on Equip. To reiterate, this discount is applicable only on your first purchase, and it must happen within 7 days of you creating a Team. The maximum discount you can avail is $250 (₹20,000 for Indian customers)

How do I know if I am eligible for this?

The easiest way is to check the navbar section on your dashboard. If you are eligible, you should see a timer counting down to when the offer will expire. If you don't see the countdown timer, it means you are not eligible

How do I avail this?

You don't need to take any extra steps to avail this discount. If you are eligible, the discount will automatically be applied on your checkout page (via a coupon code called FIRSTPURCHASE50). You can see the exact amount that is being discounted on your checkout page

FAQs

Is there a minimum amount I must purchase to get this?
Nope, you can purchase even $1 worth of credits. You will get 50% off on that. Of course, once you use up the discount, you cannot use it again! So, don't waste it on a small purchase. We WILL NOT give you another chance to use FIRSTPURCHASE50

Is this discount in addition to the discounts mentioned on your Pricing Page?
No, when you use this discount, the other discounts mentioned on our Pricing Page do not apply. Only FIRSTPURCHASE50 applies. In almost all cases, FIRSTPURCHASE50 results in a lower cost than using the discounts on our Pricing Page. But, if you prefer the Pricing Page discounts, contact us to use that instead. You cannot use FIRSTPURCHASE50 later though.

Can I first make a trial purchase of a few credits and then use this discount?
Nope. FIRSTPURCHASE50 gets auto-applied on your first purchase, and you cannot use it for a later purchase

Any other legal terms I should be aware of?
We don't have a detailed Terms and Conditions page on this because it is a fairly straightforward offer. We hope that our customers won't abuse it! If we determine that the same company (same legal entity in its country) is using different domains to create different teams so that it can avail this offer, we will block all teams created by that company. In the case of any dispute or disagreement related to the applicability of the First Purchase Discount, the decision of the Equip team will be final and binding.
