Sharing a Job Opening

On your Job Openings dashboard, you will see all available openings. If you click on Invite, the Application Link is copied. The link will look like equip.co/job-posts/<some-id>

This is the link candidates must apply from. When they visit this link, they:

1. see the Job Post
2. upload their resume which is parsed by Equip
3. review the information and click on the Submit button

So, for candidates to apply to the Job Opening, the Application Link must be shared with them. You may share it:

• via Email, WhatsApp
• on your or Equip's Career Pages
• on Job Boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri
• ...etc

LinkedIn Integration

While we don't have a LinkedIn integration, you can use LinkedIn's External Apply option for jobs you post there. While creating a job on LinkedIn, in the Manage applicants settings, you can enter the Application Link for the corresponding Equip Job Opening. When candidates click on the Apply button on LinkedIn, they are automatically redirected to your Job Post on Equip. This way, you can use LinkedIn for discovering candidates and Equip for shortlisting and managing them.

Careers Page

Equip also automatically generates a Careers Page that you can link to on your website. Candidates see all Published jobs when they visit the Careers Page. When they click on any job card, it opens the Application link for that job.
