# What Job Boards Does Equip Publish To?

> How to get your Equip job posts in front of candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job boards.

<Tip>
  tl;dr: None. Equip does not automatically publish to any job board. Instead, copy your job post's **Application Link** and paste it on any job board yourself. Candidates who click it land on your Equip job post and apply there.
</Tip>

## Job Board Publishing

Equip has no built-in job-board integration. There is no automatic push to LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, or any other board.

The workflow is simple instead: every Published job post has a public **Application Link** that you can share anywhere. Wherever a candidate finds it, they apply through the same Equip form and land in the same candidate pipeline.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Job Openings dashboard">
    Go to your **Job Openings** dashboard, where every opening is listed with its own row of actions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the Application Link">
    Click **Invite** on the job you want to share. The link is copied to your clipboard and looks like `equip.co/job-posts/...`. You will see a confirmation that the application link was copied.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the link on your job boards">
    Post the link on LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, or any other board, and share it over email or WhatsApp too. Click **Preview** first if you want to see exactly what candidates will see.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When candidates visit the link, they see the job post, upload a resume that Equip parses to pre-fill the form, review their details, and click Submit. They then appear in your applications dashboard automatically.

<Note>
  Only **Published** job posts are visible to candidates. If the job is Hidden or Archived, the Application Link will not accept new applications, so check the job's status before you share it.
</Note>

### LinkedIn External Apply

While Equip has no LinkedIn integration, LinkedIn's own **External Apply** option gets you the same result.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create the job on LinkedIn">
    Post the job on LinkedIn as you normally would.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your Equip Application Link">
    In LinkedIn's **Manage applicants** settings, choose to receive applicants at an external site and paste the Application Link for the matching Equip job opening.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let LinkedIn redirect candidates">
    When candidates click **Apply** on LinkedIn, they are redirected to your job post on Equip and apply there.
  </Step>
</Steps>

This split works well: LinkedIn handles candidate discovery, and Equip handles screening, fit scores, and pipeline management.

### Your Equip Careers Page

Equip also generates a hosted **Careers Page** listing all your Published job posts. Candidates who click any job card land on that job's Application Link.

<Note>
  You can link to the Careers Page from your website or embed it there, so it acts as a job board of its own. See [Careers Page](/careers-page) for setup, custom CSS, and embedding.
</Note>

## Application Sources

Every application records a **source**, so you always know where candidates came from. These are the sources you will see in the dashboard:

| Source                 | What it means                                                                                                                           |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Direct Application** | The candidate applied themselves through your Application Link, wherever you shared it: a job board, your careers page, email, or chat. |
| **Bulk CV Upload** | You imported the candidate's CV through [Bulk CV Import](/bulk-cv-import). |
| **Recruitment Agency** | The candidate was submitted by a recruitment agency. |

<Note>
  Applications from all job boards share the **Direct Application** source, because candidates apply through the same link. Equip does not break down which specific board a candidate clicked from.
</Note>

To compare how your sources perform over time, open **Insights** and check the **Applications by source** chart. See [ATS Insights](/ats-insights) for the full analytics reference.
